Unser Apartment "Grias di" ist ein Ein-Raum-Apartment, sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Apartment hat ein Doppelbett 1,60m und ein zusätzliches Schlaf-Sofa für einen dritten Gast oder auch 1-2 Kinder. Auch hier gibt es die Zustellmöglichkeit für Kinderbett, Kinderhochstuhl o.ä. Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick auf den See und die Berge erfreut das Herz an jedem Morgen und jeden Abend wenn du nach einer gelungenen Tour heimkehrst. Das Haus im Kärntner Stil befindet sich ruhig gelegen auf einer Anhöhe mit Traumblick über den See (in 5 min mit Auto erreichbar) und die umliegende Bergwelt. Es ist ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden und erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen (200m2 +Terrasse+Garten). Der Wohnbereich mit Marmorfußboden und Holzdecke befindet sich im Erdgeschoß; die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt 5 große Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, geheizt wird mit Fußbodenheizung und Solarluft-System.

The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.
