Enjoy outstanding kayaking with easy access from your private boathouse. IMPORTANT: our amazing housekeeper is available Monday and Friday. So - we offer Mon-Fri, Fri-Mon, Mon-Mon or Fri-Fri stays. Please request one of these combinations so we can accept your request. On occassion we can make an exception. Thanks!

A shabby chic, bohemian flat put together with a Paris apartment in mind. You have an entire two bedroom apartment to yourself. The flat is right in the middle of the City within walking distance to all (i.e. restaurants, bars, bakery and shopping). Both brand new mattresses are dressed in new super soft sheets and have extra pillows for comfort. The bathroom is stocked with new Egyptian cotton wash and towel sets. The kitchen has the essentials to make meals on the premises during your stay.

The house is very close to the NYS "C4D" snowmobile trail, making it the perfect stop! The place beautifully blends classic farmhouse aesthetics with all the modern conveniences you could wish for, providing a perfect escape without sacrificing comfort. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to ensure a welcoming and luxurious stay.

The Warren House

Located quietly above the city, this modest home is about a half-mile from the shops and restaurants of downtown Little Falls and Canal Place. It sits in a peaceful neighborhood that locals once called Huddletown. My father built this house in the 1960s. He gave it a simple, open design that’s served our family well for decades. It sits on a half-acre lot, with plenty of room in the front and back yards.
