This stunning seaside property is the perfect place to relax in comfort to enjoy your adults break-away. All the region's many offerings are within an easy drive away. Otherwise just stay in to enjoy the beach across the road, bring bikes to use the accessible bike path to take leisurely rides to the Jetty & CBD. *Note* 05/11/2025. A home among the gum trees Enjoy this peaceful stay with cozy wood fire for winter and generous deck for summer. This 2 bedroom home is set on 100 acres of eucalyptus plantation and surrounded by nearby native bush. The house is only a short drive down a quiet gravel road, 10 minutes out of Cowaramup and 15 minutes out of Margaret River, with a number of amazing wineries and breweries nearby. The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.

This beautifully presented beach house with a large balcony suitable for entertaining and offering views to the ocean and the wetlands. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the beach access where you can drive along the white sandy beach and meets the mouth of the Capel River. Enjoy fishing, snorkelling, swimming or relaxing at Peppy Beach. Please note:- All long weekends are a minimum of 3 night stay except Easter which is a minimum of 4 nights.

The Beach House is a modern, architect designed, luxury holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has wonderful ocean views from every room and views across the local wetlands. With only a 100 metre walk to a beautiful sandy beach, the Beach House is perfect for swimming, fishing and enjoying the outdoors. Located just 2 hours from Perth and midway between Bunbury and Busselton, the Beach House is the perfect base to explore all that "down south" can offer.

The Deli House on Charles

The Deli House A quaint cottage attached to one of Bunbury's old Icons The Charles Street Deli. This cosy home has full kitchen facilities, new bathroom/laundry facilities although we retained the SHOWER ABOVE THE BATH in keeping with the era. This may not suit the elderly. It has a large secure backyard & plenty of parking for cars, boats. Walking distance to Centrepoint Shopping Centre, town centre, great cafes, restaurants, cinemas & the Entertainment Centre.
