In addition to 2 bedrooms, the House benefits from a lounge, conservatory style-dining room and separate TV room. The House is ideally located a 5-minute walk from both Brodick village and the popular Auchrannie Spa. On site parking is available and upto 2 pets are welcome. An external security camera monitors the driveway. However, it is only operational when the property is vacant.

Located in the north Arran village of Lochranza, this house is an ideal jumping off place for hiking, visiting Arran’s attractions or for a day-trip to Kintyre. By day, enjoy watching the yachts come and go and catch sight of some of Arran’s wildlife. In the evening, cozy up in front an open fire after taking in one of Arran’s long sunsets. Please note the property may not be suitable for children under 5 and I don't provide any baby/child equipment (eg stair gates).

However, the view from the windows makes up for any difficulties in climbing.
