Our spacious comfortable home sits on 5 acres of a sunny mesa with beautiful views of the surrounding Sierra crest, foothills, and Carson Valley. It's a great place to relax, play, and cook for families & groups. We have a huge great room and kitchen, comfortable beds, and pool table inside and large front/back lawns & porches for playing & lounging outside. A nice large house that comfortably sleeps 8 with a hot tub and views of mount Tallac. The house also has a gas BBQ grill. No Pets allowed. Notice: If anyone in your group breaks the local laws, Example using the hot tub after hours or too loud after hours, you will be responsible for the whole fine. Our Guest Cottage is a Beautiful Farm house decor. Nestled at the base of the Sierra's and Lake Tahoe, you will find yourself at the heart of NV history. Located mins. from all NV has to offer from fine dining to outdoor activities. Ski, hike, explore, hit the NV nightlife, soak in the spa's at Walley's Hot Springs a mile down the road. At the end of the day, sit on the front porch and gaze over the valley and ponder what Mark Twain and so many settlers thought as they passed by this location.

The top part is available for air bnb families, the bottom part is locked as it is used for event space with no sleeping quarters.
