Welcome to the historic Pumphouse on Lake Superior with 200' of lake front! The Pumphouse is one of Duluth's iconic and historical properties. This home was originally designed by John Wangenstein in 1860 as the water pump house for the City of Duluth but was abandoned. Miss Elisabeth Congdon converted the pumphouse into an absolutely stunning French-style home. Next to the boat launch is also a public dock/pier for fishing. If you're coming just to relax, then enjoy the very large three-season porch w/no mosquitos! Nebagamon is rider friendly. Trails accessible from property. Look for the Big (8 foot) Blue Rooster standing in front of the property! NO CLEANING FEE!

Pets welcome! wooded privacy with screen porch

Enjoy this newly built 3 bedroom/2 bath home. Beautiful setting on several wooded acres with direct access to the snowmobile and atv/utv trails. Located 5 - 10 minutes away from some great large recreational lakes for boat launches, and swimming beaches. There is a lake on the property but with the low water this year we will not be able to put the dock out. There is no swimmable beach and frontage is not great but we are working on it! Low pet fee so bring your furry friend.
