Griffin - The Lake Superior Riverboat

The Griffin is a functioning riverboat, driven by paddle wheels, originally modeled after historic Mississippi steamboats. It is located at a mom and pop boat yard, which is quite different from a fancy marina. Work happens here. Metal is welded here. Engines are torn apart and put back together here. Friends become family here. Come and become a part of the Griffin’s story!

We are known for beautiful sunsets with quiet surroundings and located minutes from the famous Brule River, great hiking trails nearby and a 35 minute drive from Duluth/Superior or a bit further east to the Bayfield/Ashland area. Fiddlehead Farm Yurt

Enjoy privacy with the city just 5 minutes away. Nestled in a grove of aspen, maple, and birch, our cozy yurt offers escape from the city and protection from the elements. Enjoy a short walk on trails through our woods or find the Superior Hiking Trail and COGGs trails less than a mile away. Relax by our garden. The yurt has a deck and chairs, a seasonal screen door to enjoy the breeze, a woodstove, a propane cookstove, an outhouse, and a bucket sink.

Craft District Lofts-Michigan Street Loft

Explore Duluth with this spacious, newly renovated loft as your base, located in the heart of the Lincoln Park Craft District. Right out the front door are the many breweries, restaurants and shops and the loft is only minutes from Canal Park, Bay Front and Park Point with easy access to the highway and the North Shore. Michigan St Loft has a sister-Superior St Loft, they share a hallway and are nearly mirror layouts of one another

Beglinger Lake Acres LLC

Located on quiet Beglinger Lake, this cabin in the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Beglinger Lake has great fishing generally for bluegill, bass, and northern. The cabin is on Bass Lake road which is a county ATV trail, giving you access to the areas vast network of trails. The cabin itself is recently remodeled. One and a half bathrooms and 4 beds with an extra fold-out makes it the perfect place for a family.

This charming one-bedroom cottage sits peacefully by the tree line, inviting you to start your mornings with coffee on the private porch. For larger groups, consider renting The Farmhouse at Brule River Barn, a spacious four-bedroom, two-bath home sleeping 11.
