Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Palmiro Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. With two loft style double bedrooms both with smart TVs, a lovely living space and downstairs Shower room, large brand new kitchen with Neff appliances and high quality utensils this is a lovely house to relax and enjoy. The house is finished with quality fittings including a flat screen tv with Bose sound bar and high speed Wi-Fi throughout. It is located in the heart of the beautiful Mid Devon countryside surrounded by beautiful rolling hills.

Characterful three storey cottage forming the end part of our 300 year old Devon cob Farmhouse. The cottage features a modern kitchen, huge Inglenook fireplace with log burner, luxurious wool carpets, low beams, big squashy sofa and a superking size master bed with pretty adjoining twin room on the very top floor. The cottage's own garden has two decked seating areas. Set in glorious rolling countryside near Dartmoor, Devon's gorgeous sandy beaches and the vibrant cathedral city of Exeter.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Woodbrooke Farm Cottage

Airy and light with underfloor heating, the spacious, contemporary cottage has been converted from Glyn's former studios . Only 2 miles from the A30, Woodbrooke is in a stunning rural location on the edge of Dartmoor - a few minutes drive from Iron Age camps, an ancient temperate forest and the stunning Hunter's Path. Dark skies and tranquillity allow you to see the stars and hear owls call but the cottage also has fast fibre broadband, a smart TV, excellent showers and a charcoal BBQ.

Set in the rolling hills of Devon, in the sleepy hamlet of Newbuildings, 2 miles from the village of Sandford with its village shop and two pubs, just 10 minutes from Crediton. A short drive to Dartmoor and 30 minutes to Exeter. Peaceful and quiet location. Lovely walks on your doorstep, with views to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Dark sky at night for those who like to watch the stars. Cosy cottage with wood burning fire, and plenty of charm.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign

The Hideaway

Our barn is well situated between London and Cornwall, and is on the cycle route from Land's End to John o' Groats. We offer peaceful, simple accommodation, in a converted barn. The decor is simple, eclectic and stylish, possibly shabby chic. The building is spacious yet intimate , with a comfortable bed, cosy sofa, and a wood burner. The barn is completely separate from the main house where we live, by about 30m. Although we are mostly here, the barn feels very secluded.

Tannery House Annexe

Idyllically located, near The Two Moors Way and Dartmoor. Ideal for an overnight stop between London and Cornwall. Large accommodation space, peaceful setting surrounded by lovely gardens. Great size bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bath/shower room. Large open plan living and kitchen area. Infants of less than two years old welcome, sharing their parents’ bedroom space. Dog friendly. NB. Not suitable for anyone with limited mobility due to two steps into bedroom.

Rustic Cabin - Hot Tub & Exmoor Views

Escape to “Midge,” a secluded Nordic cabin for two in rural Devon. Set on a 10-acre estate with woods and meadows, this cozy hideaway features a wood-fired hot tub under the stars, a crackling wood-burning stove, and panoramic Exmoor countryside views. Reconnect with nature and each other – no TV, just sunsets, starlight, and birdsong. Luxury linens, eco toiletries, and a private patio ensure a romantic retreat to remember (and yes, your well-behaved dog is welcome!).

Situated in a quiet village in mid-Devon surrounded by fields and views of Dartmoor, Exmoor and only 30 minutes drive to Exeter. The annex is brand new and is attached to our family home which has recently been renovated in 2024. Copplestone has great bus and train links to Exeter and Barnstaple. Copplestone has two shops in the village - the farmshop has lovely homemade produces available daily. There is also a golf course 1.6 miles from the annex.
