This relaxing space will be your own private getaway in downtown ABQ. Put your mind at ease and park your car off the street behind our electric gate. This private studio has a patio/yard and easy access to ABQ's great NM restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. The studio is equipped with a king bed, full bath, walk-in closet and daybed for a 3rd person.

Relax in the north side of this eco-chic adobe duplex! Close to Downtown, UNM, CNM and the Airport, this is the perfect spot for your ABQ getaway. The cozy living room opens to a spacious kitchen, which is equipped with gourmet coffee and tea. In the bedroom, the Keetsa queen mattress has luxurious bamboo sheets, a fluffy duvet and organic pillows. Enjoy complimentary handmade soaps and lotions. Downtown Casita / Guesthouse

The Casita is an early 1900's adobe structure that is located in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. The guesthouse and main house were completely rebuilt and renovated in early 2018. The Casita has high end finishes including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in shower, oversize windows and skylights, ceiling fans, hardwood doors, AC, a covered porch, exposed beams, t&g ceiling and more. We allow up to 2 well trained pets unless prior authorization is obtained.

This cozy studio is nested in the heart of downtown Albuquerque! The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.
