Nestled into the heart of Decatur, a quiet neighborhood accessible to downtown Atlanta, The Sunny Suite is a short walk to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores. The apartment sits above our primary residence but has private parking and a quiet, private entrance. Guests describe our Beautyrest King Size Bed with Frette Linens as super comfortable. The Monroe House’s 1st floor Airbnb apartment offers luxurious King and Queen size beds, a fully stocked kitchen, full laundry, gig speed wifi with room to entertain. The back area provides two private parking spaces—walking distance to Ponce City Market, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Piedmont Park. The Airbnb is the convenient 1st floor apartment of a duplex.
