Located on the High Street the house has parking immediately adjacent and has a large garden with gated access onto the Speyside Way for riverside walks. The garden is sunny and sheltered with a large patio and other seating areas. The house has a spacious kitchen with dining area, a large lounge and a separate dining room. Convalmore House is a traditional cosy detached home built in the 1890's, and was once the distillery managers house of the Convalmore Distillery. It is very spacious with 4 large bedrooms, livingroom, snug, kitchen and dining room. There are two family bathrooms, and a separate toilet on the ground floor, a large private garden as well as a private car park. Perfect location for visiting the famous distilleries in the Speyside area, including Glenfiddich, Balvenie, Aberlour and Macallan.
