Swallow Cottage was lovingly converted by Steve and Sarah from McMurdoston's old granary in 2014 and provides a wonderfully peaceful place to stay while exploring Dumfries and Galloway. The cottage is only 20 minutes drive from a 24-hour supermarket, a cinema and numerous eateries, but once you get here you'll feel as if you are truly in the middle of nowhere. We live just across the yard if you need us and we'll do everything we can to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and quietly memorable.

Popsal cottage

Popsal cottage is a charming stone built two bedroom home, exuding charcter and warmth. Nestled in a picturesque setting, it boasts stunning views of the surrounding countryside, making it an idyllic retreat for those seeking tranquility. Inside there is a king bedroom and charming twin bedroom, providing versatile sleeping arrangements.

Burnbrae Byre

Truly luxurious holiday accommodation in a tastefully converted byre, set in a tranquil, rural location, but ideally located for all that the south- west has to offer. Osprey Cottage sits only 20 meters from the beach in the pretty coastal fishing village of Dunure, benefitting from: Lounge, kitchen, bathroom (no bath) & 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a king-size bed, bedroom 2 is upstairs, with a double bed and a en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 is open plan with stairs leading down to the living area please see photos), sleeps 5, private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, log burner, oil central heating, sea and castle views. Perfect to kick back and relax after a day of exploring the many attractions and scenery. parking is available.

Fairy Cottage

Fairy Cottage is a self contained, fully equipped detached cottage, set in private grounds with private parking. Private patio area with garden furniture. Quiet and peaceful on a summer's evening. High Chair and travel cot available on request. Additional day guests only permitted with prior permission and an extra charge may be incurred. Our cottage has a capacity of a maximum of four people sharing two beds. There is a king size bed in the main bedroom and a sofa bed.
