This inviting retreat is a private unit inside a home. You'll have your own private entrance and space (almost like a duplex). It's nestled among towering trees with lake views. Enormous sliding glass doors let in natural light. Step outside onto the spacious front deck where you can breathe in the fresh air and have a drink as the sun sets over the water. 2 miles to Umstead State Park 6 miles to RDU airport 5 miles to Brier Creek's shopping & restaurants 10 miles to Research Triangle Park.

This newly renovated apartment is located in the lower level of our home. You will have your own private entrance with keyless self-check-in and designated parking in the driveway. You will be 5 minutes away from Southpoint Mall, craft food and cocktails, and within 15-30 minutes from all major downtown cities in our beloved Triangle area. Distance to major locations: RDU airport – 7.5 miles Downtown Durham- 7 miles South Point Mall – 1.5 miles Chapel Hill - 9.5 miles Location is car dependent

The screened in back porch has comfy patio furniture to enjoy outside without the bugs! All tile floor, and private, chemical-free fenced yard is perfect for travelers with pets.

This unique space features a private entrance and small kitchenette with one induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, instant pot, hot water kettle and coffee maker. This studio style space is great for short or long term stays with the option of sleeping up to 4 people.

Come stay in our private suite on the lower level of our home! We have a great location only 9 minutes drive to UNC and easy access to I-40 gets you to RDU and the airport easily. We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!
