Ngôi nhà được chia làm 2 khu( Khu A và Khu B) mỗi khu có cấu tạo như một ngôi nhà độc lập .Khách sẽ được sử dụng toàn bộ ngôi nhà khi thuê gồm 1 phòng ngủ, 1 phòng khách,1 bếp, bể sục matxa. Nhà mình thiết kế hiện đại nhưng đơn giản bên dòng sông Thu Bồn xinh đẹp, không cầu kỳ nhưng rộng rãi thoải mái cho cặp đôi. Nhà chỉ cách phố cổ 12 phút đi bộ. 5 phút đi xe đạp (miễn phí)
