Stepping inside this great Santa Fe style house, the first thing you'll notice as you walk are the clay tiles that lead you to the large living area with a plenty of seating and a queen sleeper sofa. The house is equipped with surround sound for both indoor and outdoor use. Pool Heater available for fee.

What makes this home stand out is its open floor plan & location. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room, buoys for your boat & a launch ramp just steps away. There is parking for 2 cars ONLY. Sorry but other cars/trailers must be parked at the public launch ramp or off site. Come relax & make some fun memories on the river! CHEERS!
