The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

The lovely property features a screened-in porch, a work-from-home space, a firepit, high speed internet, AC, washer/dryer, and access to two different neighborhood association lake beaches. Unwind on the porch, relax by the firepit, and walk down the hill to enjoy the natural beauty of the lake.
