Find tranquility by the lake 30 minutes from downtown Halifax and 15 minutes from the airport. Have your morning coffee on the dock, relax in the hot tub, explore the lake by canoe, kayak or stand up paddleboard and then cook a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. With high speed internet & big tv you can work remotely or chill with a show, but you won't want to miss the spectacular sunset! Note: this is the lower level & we live upstairs. You'll hear our steps, closing doors, etc.

It's a great location as a base for daily vacation adventures, such as hiking trails, day trips to Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg, local beaches, etc. Wherever your adventures may take you, feel right at home at the end of your day!

Bright apartment located downstairs of our home. Peaceful waterfront in Fall River on the Shubie Canal. Lots of space in this private lot but yet 20minutes from the city. Enjoy the view, relax with a book or Dip in the pool if it's a hot day. Walk to local eatery for lunch or dinner. Personal favourite is Fourth Lock Skate park /Rec Center 2 min drive. Close to Sobeys & NSLC. 12 mins from the airport Covid Clean We have a friendly NS Duck toller Gracie who may greet you and say hello!

Upstairs, you’ll find three queen bedrooms, a full bath, plus a second full bathroom and laundry on the main level.
