The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Dans un immeuble cossu et bourgeois, ce magnifique appartement avec ascenseur au dernier étage et ses 2 suites parentales vous offrira tout le confort moderne. L’appartement possède 2 toilettes ( 1 wc indépendant, et 1 wc dans une suite parentale). Calme, très lumineux, sécurisé avec visiophone Hôtel de ville à 5 min Vieux lyon à 10 min Place Bellecour à 4 min

Nid douillet en bord de Saône

Appartement de 35m2 entièrement refait à neuf. Il se situe au 3e étage avec ascenseur d'un bel immeuble ancien situé en quai de Saône. Vous trouverez tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable qu'il soit professionnel ou pour le plaisir. Il dispose d'une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, un petit toilette séparé, une grande pièce de vie lumineuse avec cuisine ouverte et une chambre. Parquet chêne au sol, cheminée, hauteur sous plafond nous avons gardé le charme de l'ancien!

My apartment is.located in a beautiful period building, 5 minutes from the Parc de la Tête d'Or and 10 minutes from the city center by metro (100m away). You'll appreciate its unique decor, its lively neighborhood—one of the most elegant in Lyon—its proximity to public transportation, and the complimentary breakfast (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bread, butter, jams, and fruit juice). The building's facade will be renovated from mid-September 2026 until the end of February 2027.

The apartment is located in old Lyon, rue St Jean, which is a pedestrian street only! It is therefore not possible to access it by car. The architecture of the building dates from the Renaissance period, there is no elevator and the spiral staircase is a little rough and can be difficult to access for elderly people or people with mobility difficulties to move. The exposed stones and beams bring a lot of charm and authenticity to the apartment.
