Excellent location in Fowey with parking

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

Sunset lodge is set on a 116 hectare Dairy farm 10 minutes from the A30 and the Eden project. The beds can be two kings or a king and two singles. The Lodge has a private and new for 2026 dog secure garden. Infinity Wifi and three flatscreen televisions, open plan living and central heating.

The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.
