First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Newly furnished with a fenced in yard for pets(dogs), the cottage has room for 7 guests and off street parking for four vehicles. Only 2 blocks from Edinboro Lake in a highly walkable, bike-able setting. Take a walk or a bike ride and enjoy a beautiful sunset on the lake. Finish the evening with a cocktail at the firepit.

It's situated on a double lot providing plenty of space to share meals at the picnic table, toast marshmallows at the campfire, let your dogs run and play any yard games you've brought.

This property is located next to our home. It overlooks Walnut Creek and features a quiet cabin with a private hot tub set in the woods yet still close to all the best Erie attractions. This cabin has everything you need to relax, cook, sleep, and enjoy your time. Just minutes away from shopping, restaurants, the Millcreek Mall, Presque Isle Downs and Casino, Presque Isle State Park, and Waldameer.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.
