From the penthouse you have easy access to the north motorway (TF5) to quickly visit the rest of the island. If you do not have a car, there are several bus lines in the neighborhood. This is a lovely calm apartment with lots of sun, a private pool, several terraces and garden. A perfect place for quiet vacations far from noise and holiday resorts. One of the best features besides the pool (solar heated) with counter current is the fantastic view on the atlantic which you can enjoy while relaxing on one of the terraces. breakfast to dinner - tanning to swimming this property provides sunny places the whole day as well as a covered terrace. >> All you see is for your private use only ! Inside you have a comfortable bright living room with sat.tv, open equipped kitchen and a seperate bed room with double bed. There is a second bed for a third person in the living room.
