All'esterno gli spazi comuni sono a totale disposizione a partire dall'aia in cui verrà servita la colazione ogni mattina.

E` la camera più piccola del B&B ma sicuramente la più graziosa nonché l'unica con vista mare. Ha un letto alla francese da 140 cm
