The Ilkley Hideaway Luxury Apartment in Central Ilkley

The Ilkley Hideaway is a private apartment based in central Ilkley only a few hundred metres from shops, amenities and the wonderful moor. The hideaway has off road parking and a private patio. We converted The Ilkley Hideaway in 2017 and have been welcoming guests ever since. I (Georgina) work for the NHS and Tom is a secondary school teacher- we live directly above the Hideaway with our young children Millie (3) and Hattie (1). We have had some amazing people stay over the years for cycling, walking, weddings and meeting family and love being able to host people in beautiful Yorkshire. The apartment is self-contained with its own entrance and parking. The accommodation offers: lounge/kitchen/double bedroom and en-suite. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, full size fan oven, and a ceramic hob. There is a breakfast bar and a comfortable lounge with sofa and sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. The apartment has its own patio area, perfect for a coffee before your morning walk or an evening glass of wine. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. We pride ourselves on detail at the Ilkley Hideaway, there are some lovely little touches to discover; all designed to make your stay extra special. Walkers and cyclists are all welcome and there is bike storage. Regret no smoking in the apartment. Regret no dogs. Outside - Patio and outdoor furniture. - Parking for 1 car We live above the apartment- we like to meet all the guests and show them around, we are on hand if guests should need us- however once checked in we like to give our guests their privacy. Walk to everywhere in Ilkley from this central location, including cafes, pubs, bars, and independent shops. Stock up at a supermarket 300 metres away. Go on picturesque outings to the surrounding moorland, and hike further afield in the Dales.

Molly's Cottage

The cottage is in a superb setting on a south facing hillside with panoramic views across miles of fine Yorkshire countryside. It is approximately two miles from the centre of vibrant Hebden Bridge where there is an excellent range of independent shops, restaurants, coffee bars, art décor cinema, theatre and markets. The cottage has been recently refurbished retaining many original features but with all the modern comforts inc a fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.

Curlew Cottage a converted barn near Bingley

Situated on a livestock farm and livery yard, Curlew Cottage, our converted stone mistal sleeps 4. The barn was originally used to house milking cows so the beams have been retained in all the rooms to maintain the character of the barn. With the addition of the log burner the cottage is cosy on chilly evenings. The cottage is located in Eldwick, Bingley near Baildon and Ilkley Moors and within easy reach of the Yorkshire Dales, Bronte Country, the airport, Leeds and Bradford. Dogs are welcome

Park View House is South facing with views to Roberts Park, Salts Mill, the River Aire, Leeds Liverpool Canal and distant hills. It offers a tranquil base to enjoy the many attractions this beautiful and vibrant area has to offer. It has a spacious king size bedroom and a bedroom with twin beds. The first floor bathroom/wc has an electric shower over the bath. There is a comfortable living room with WiFi, TV and DVD player and views to the river and park. Unsuitable for children under 8 years.

Embsay is a quiet village with Bolton Abbey, The Tithe Barn, and Grassington; famous for All Creatures Great and Small, all within easy reach. Embsay has a shop, 2 pubs and a steam railway station. Guests are welcome to share our garden.

Country cottage in the Yorkshire Dales

Fernbeck Cottage is set in beautiful Nidderdale within the Yorkshire Dales. It is ideally located for walking in the countryside and also for visiting the spa town of Harrogate with the cities of York and Leeds an enjoyable day trip away. Ideal for families and couples wanting to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage dates back to 1799 and was the millers cottage to the adjoining property, an old corn Mill. An idyllic location with easy access to many local footpaths and trails. No pets.

Ash House Cottage was restored in 2016 after serving as a farming family's home for over 75 years. Sat on greenbelt land adjoining both Baildon and Ilkley Moors, the cottage is set in 12 acres of private grazing land with scenic walks, local pubs and Baildon village on its doorstep. Our cottage comes with its own walled garden, 6 person hot tub, views across the valley to Leeds and nearby Ilkley and is the perfect locations for those wanting a peaceful escape in the countryside.

Why not stay in a cosy Yorkshire stone, 3 bedroom stone cottage located in the heart of Burley-in-Wharfedale? This quaint terraced house has lots of character with open beams, open stone walls and 2 large open fireplaces and an outdoor courtyard to enjoy in the sun. It’s got great connections too! Just a short walk to the local train station taking you directly to Leeds or Bradford, or by car to surrounding towns of Ilkley, Otley, Malham Cove or Harrogate.

Our little cottage is the perfect base for visits to the local tourist attractions, such as Hebden Bridge, Haworth (home of the Bronte's), York and the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, to name but a few. And if you're into walking and taking in the beautiful Yorkshire countryside, then look no further, you could start with the Calderdale Way or the stunning North Yorkshire National Park which is only an hours drive away.
