The Shingle Gully Cottage is located on over 40 acres of privately-owned land bordering Sam’s Point Preserve. The cottage is located on the outskirts of Ellenville NY. The town is situated at the base of the rolling Catskills within the Shawangunk valley. Within the cottage, there is a pellet stove that will be lit on chilly nights upon request. Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Shawangunk House

The house was built in 2018. It is very modern and open. It is located 8 minutes from Minnewaska State Park, 10 minutes from the Mohonk Preserve, and 30 minutes from the Catskills. There is a Smart TV. There is also a record player with a large record selection. There is strong WIFI and great cell phone coverage from all carriers. We have an EV level 2 charger. There is an additional charge to use the charger. Please contact us if you want to add charging to your stay.

The 1772 Lefevre Stonehouse Suite

Sit at a quaint breakfast table in this sun-filled room admiring the beautiful patio, grainy wood-plank floors, and a country decor touches. Walk outside to enjoy the free ranging chickens as you gaze at the rustic grounds of this enchanting stone-built home dating from 1772. The suite has its our private entrance, bathroom and fireplace all stocked with plenty of firewood for your stay. Fireplace can be used November-March only unless temperatures are under 40 degrees.

Retreat to a beautiful cabin and get lost on two wooded acres. Reconnect with nature in your own way - hike around nearby Lake Minnewaska, or another of the dozens of incredible trails in the area. Explore infinity under a blanket of stars and share stories gathered around the firepit. When you’re called inside, grab a book and settle in by the fireplace. Then cook a meal in our well-equipped kitchen or on the grill, and enjoy it on the patio overlooking the property.

Catchers Pond is perched atop a hill with views overlooking a private pond featuring a swim platform, dock, Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, fire pit and a fruit orchard of peach, pear and apple. It is perfectly secluded and close to everything you might need for your stay being just 5 minutes outside Mountaindale. Its rustic, charming and wild. A great place to slow down, reconnect and watch seasons change. The cabin sits on 55 quiet acres with no other houses in sight.

A custom made tiny cottage, located on a private tree lined road with just a few houses on it. The design style is farmhouse rustic with original details. It is private, fully equipped, and centrally located. The front of the cottage has a sun drenched porch equipped with lounge chairs and bbq. The back of the cottage is has a screened in porch, an outdoor huge tub and lounge. It is facing a beautiful pond, a fire pit and deep woods and vibrant nature.
