Welcome to The Brightside ! Our guest cabin is located 15 minutes from downtown Port Angeles and one mile from shorelines of beautiful Freshwater Bay! This cozy cabin is your place to relax and enjoy the nature of the beautiful Pacific Northwest. One mile to the beach and boat launch. Minutes to Discovery trails, Olympic National Park, Hurricane Rige base, Hiking, mountain biking trails , fishing, mushroom hunting, kayaking spots , surf breaks, winery's and many more fun activities close by!

The Carriage House

Our vacation rental is located on ten secluded and wooded acres on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula, surrounded by lakes, hiking trails,and gorgeous sunsets on the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Our guesthouse is named The Carriage House as it sits above a three-car garage. The rental has a full kitchen and bath, with a wood burning stove in the living area. It is a quiet, peaceful and great place to relax. Enjoy our quiet yet close location, listening to the wind in the trees, not traffic going by.

The Owls Perch Treehouse ~Luxury Treetop Retreat~

A truly unique treehouse perched 30 feet high among the trees. This amazing structure is attached to 3 large cedars and 1 giant maple using advanced tree tabs that allow the trees to sway gently, providing a natural and immersive experience. The large deck offers stunning views across the Salish Sea to the Mountains of Washington state. With all the modern amenities you could need, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Explore the outdoors on the nearby Discovery Trail (0.08 miles). Visit Sol Duc Hot Springs, Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, and La Push. Forks and Kalaloch are nearby. Enjoy entertainment on two TVs (1 Blu-ray, 1 Wi-Fi), 50 dvds available, but note there's no dishwasher, and Wi-Fi and cell service may be INTERMITTENT.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. This property may prove challenging for individuals with mobility issues. **Pricing is discounted due to ongoing improvements. Tools and materials are kept out of sight, but you may notice some unfinished details. Due to continued progress, appearance may vary.

Experience a unique, comfy & quiet stay on our 5 acre hobby farm. Get a great night's sleep on a Tuft & Needle mattress. Escape the noise and hustle of the city and trade it out for a relaxing stay at our cozy tent. Here you can barbeque up dinner, relax by the fire, sit on the porch and enjoy your favorite movie on the projector. Then you can fall asleep listening to the sounds of nature with a crackling fire to keep you warm. You may wake up to the sound of a rooster crowing as you steep a fresh cup of coffee before you head out on your adventure exploring all the Olympic Peninsula has to offer.

Welcome, Hikers! Our 30 acre property adjoins the verdant lowland forest of Olympic National Park. From the shared lower deck, sit and enjoy your coffee or wine and look right down the Elwha Valley to the majestic Olympic Mountains with a view of the Elwha River and Mt. Carrie glacier. The Hiker's Cabin serves as an ideal base for daily excursions to explore Olympic National Park and local beaches. Walk directly from the Hiker’s Cabin onto trails leading into the park!

Rustic TreeHaus Cabin | Hot Tub & Sauna Hideaway

Nestled among the evergreens, the TreeHaus Cabin offers a rustic and cozy forest retreat at Olympic Holiday Haus. This cabin-style space provides a peaceful place to relax while enjoying shared access to the saltwater hot tub beneath the cedars, custom dry sauna, fire pit gathering space, covered outdoor kitchen and bar, backyard spaces, and detached game room. Please note this rustic cabin does not include a shower.
