Our cosy waggon overlooks its own private valley, complete with 19th Century coachbridge and secluded wild swimming spot. Set in 25 acres of woodland and pasture, our waggon offers an opportunity to switch off, curl up with a book and get back to nature. It includes an ensuite with shower and its own kitchen.. Only 10 minutes away from Bruton, handy for The Newt and Hauser & Wirth. Westcombe Dairy & Woodsheddings Brewery taproom is a 3 minute walk and the Three Horseshoes a 20 minute stroll.

Features inside include a double bed, trap-door bath, toilet, and large ‘wagon wheel’ window with stunning views. Outdoors is the Wild Cherry Barn with chiminea fireplace and a saloon seating area with pizza oven and campfire with BBQ grill. The Wagon in the Woods is a bespoke, self-contained little place in the country with a private woodland, ideal for those wanting a tranquil and restful getaway.

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Located on a beautiful organic arable farm surrounded by nature with stunning views makes for a peaceful, relaxing break. Skylark is ideal for visiting one of the many attractions near by (including Charleston House, Rathfinny Wine Estate, Firle Place and the medieval village of Alfriston), a stopover on the South Downs Way, a weekend of walking or just some time out to relax.

One of 2 huts, each with off road parking and shared access path down steps to private facilities. Located in a secluded spot behind our family home. A fully self contained hut including a double bed, kitchen with multi cooker, wood burner and en-suite bathroom including hot shower and state of the art composting toilet. Positioned near the stunning Blackpool Sands, South Devon, our shepherd's hut 'Sea Thrift' is a charming and cosy place to stay for 2 people. It is an ideal location for exploring beaches, beautiful coastal walks and the nearby town of Dartmouth. Sea Thrift is completely off grid and is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty by Blackpool Sands, on the South West Coast Path. It lies on the edge of the village of Stoke Fleming.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
