Both bedrooms feature king-size beds, while the living area includes a cozy daybed and a sleeper chair, making it ideal for families or small groups. After a day outdoors, relax with board games, flat-screen TVs, and a cozy dining area perfect for sharing meals and stories. The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, and everything you need to cook at home. For safety, there is one outward-facing exterior security camera. The property is dog-friendly with a pre-trip pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed. In the winter, the area offers snowmobiling with direct access to trails, snowshoeing, skiing, and ice fishing on the pond. Rainbow trout, smallmouth bass, perch, bluegill, and other fish.

The state boat launch is a half-mile down the road. The house has a game room with an air hockey table and board games. Enjoy this Cozy Lake house with a private dock and swimming area. Relax on the large over sized deck while observing the wildlife on the lake. Right next to the property is a public boat launch where you can launch your boat and have it tied to the cottages private dock for easy access. Also available with property is a peddle boat and kyak for your use. ATV trail access is 1/2 mile up the road. In the wintertime, you can snowmobile right from the property to the main trail system.
