Based on a beef and sheep farm, just 8 miles from Builth Wells, 14 miles from Hay-on-Wye and 15 miles from Brecon. It is in a sunny, scenic, rural spot. Access to numerous footpaths, only a 10 minute hike to join the Wye Valley Walk. 10 minute drive or a scenic walk to local rural pub. Has all kitchen amenities needed plus towels&bedding. There is a shower room with toilet and basin. WiFi and flat-screen TV.

Set in a lovely garden with a large pond and a small woodland. Also a private patio area outside with table and chairs.

Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!!
