Beautiful ground level apartment in Duck Creek Village, Utah located in the gorgeous Southern Utah mountains. Accessible year-round, you can enjoy all seasons in comfort. ATV and Snowmobile trails allow you to ride straight from the parking lot in front of the front door. It's located at the base of Bryce Canyon in the small town of Tropic, Utah just off Scenic Byway 12. The apartment has a designated parking area, a private covered outside entrance, and it's own patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy small town America and the surrounding views.

Located in Tropic, Utah 3 blocks off of hwy 12 and 8 miles from Bryce Canyon, Utah is Kate's Place. The population is around 600 and is a beautiful area complete with horses, moo cows, sheep and beautiful green fields and golden mountains ready for exploring. I live on the premises (not with you) which is convenient for you if you need anything. Access to two bedrooms, sitting room (with TV- W-fi) and bathroom, NO FULL KITCHEN BUT SNACK AREA WITH SNACKS, COFFEE, TEA, WATER.

At 7000 ft elev., nights are cool and the days are warm. House is on 2 acres and the river attracts coyotes, deer, birds, ducks, and muskrats.
