Spacious private guest suite with its own entrance, completely separate from the main house. We are usually on the property but rarely see our guests, offering plenty of privacy. The entrance is at the end of the driveway with parking right outside your door. A quiet neighborhood across from a park with a shaded ½-mile walking path, benches, and playground. Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.
