The house is located near of the Madalena Beach in Vila Nova de Gaia (700m), 10 minutes drive from the city of Porto (riverside area, port wine cellars, cable car) and 15 minutes drive from the city of Espinho (casino, fair).

Located in Paredes, in a small village of the Northern Region of Portugal, 20 minutes away from the center of Porto and 30km from the airport. There is a train station 900m away. With an outdoor pool and indoor Jacuzzi and views to the garden. High-speed Wi-fi is available through the entire house. The house is always exclusive for your reservation. The house enjoys excellent exposure to sunlight and is located on the first floor. It has two bedrooms and another room without a window, each room has a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, has two bathrooms and a dining room. It has a balcony all around the house, a huge garden with barbecue and interior space for two cars. The lower part of the house is permanently rented, but only the outside entrance is shared.

This is the perfect home for those who like to relax at the end of the day, after exploring the city, drinking a Porto wine in the beautiful and exotic tropical garden! The whole house opens on glass over the garden and the two small fish ponds, which is very pleasant even at night, as the garden is lit and heated on cold nights! The house only has 40 m2 inside, but it is very well equipped and very comfortable!
