Twin Bedded room available to rent in a cosy, friendly and clean house in Leyton, East London. Location The house is in a quiet, residential area ideally located for visiting all parts of London and beyond. It is 5 minutes walk to Leyton tube station which is on the Central line with easy, direct access to Central London. 2 minutes to Stratford, the Olympic Park & Westfield shopping Centre, 10 minutes to the City and 20 minutes to the West End. 2 minutes walk to local bus services including night buses on Leyton High Road. Good links to all London airports including Stansted, London City, Heathrow & Gatwick and all major London Train stations are easily accessible by tube. Also excellent road links serving all parts of the UK. Local Amenities The local area has a variety of good restaurants, friendly pubs, supermarkets and shopping facilities. There are good local sports facilities in the area, these include a swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, golf range, ice skating and horse riding centre. There is a local park 2 minutes walk away and Epping Forest is close by. Accommodation The private room which is situated upstairs at the back of the house is light, airy and nicely furnished. The furniture is in good condition and consists of 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. The room is fully carpeted. It would be ideal for one or two people sharing. Fresh towels and Bed linen are provided and changed on a weekly basis or when required. All other facilities are communal and available for guests to use. (The maximum number of people staying in the house at any one time is four including myself.) These include: Bathroom - on the same floor as the private room; it is fully tiled, with hand basin, toilet, bath and shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor of the house. Kitchen – This is on the ground floor and has a hob, oven, grill, and microwave and there is a breakfast bar to sit at if required. There is a washer/dryer also available for use. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for guests to use and there is ample cupboard and fridge space available. Living and Dining area – Also on the ground floor it is comfortably furnished with wooden flooring. There are 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, desk space, computer and wi fi access if you need it. There is a 46" HD TV, all Sky and cable channels available, TiVo box, DVD, blu-ray player and radio/CD player. There is also a small back garden and on-street parking is available on request. Other Info English breakfast, packed lunches and supper can be provided at a small extra charge. Continental Breakfast, tea, coffee and soft drinks are included in the price. There is also a small single room available for rent in the same house so ideal for a family of 3 or 3 friends sharing who want to spend time in London in good quality accommodation at a reasonable rate. Our countryside cottage situated less than 20 minutes from Saffron Walden or 30 minutes from Cambridge warmly welcomes you. It's ideal for couples, or if you are travelling alone, and in a secluded, very quiet rural location. A lovely garden and parking are free for you to use and enjoy. There is asy access to Cambridge, Newmarket, Duxford Museum and links to London by train from Royston (Kings Cross) or Audley End (Liverpool Street). Close to M11 at Duxford and A1 at Baldock. Several guests have used and appreciated the location cycling from London to Cambridge, finding this an ideal spot to have a relaxing break 'in the middle'. The garden has been experienced as a special, relaxing and inspiring space by all previous guests and you are very welcome to use and enjoy it. There is seating in all its areas and weather permitting breakfast is served in the garden if you wish! IMPORTANT NOTE: Often online maps indicate that the cottage is on the opposite side of the road. Local pub is very welcoming and serves lovely food. station 5 mins, market town of saffron walden 10 mins, Stansted airport 15 mins and Cambridge 30 mins drive. we have 2 dogs.

We are perfectly placed to enjoy beautiful Flatford Mill and Constable country. The coast is nearby too.

We live in a 100 YEAR OLD large semi detached Victorian house in the heart of East London and borders of Essex, Its a magnificent location outside of the city but also within minutes to the city. It's very green and very diverse. You will see people from all walks of life. Behind our home we have a beautiful park that you can enjoy, it has a small boating lake, gym, tennis and basket ball courts , coffee shops and ample green space as well as a Mansion that you can visit for free

Danbury Cottage

Two bedrooms available, one double with King size bed and one single room with own shared bathroom. I serve you continental breakfast included free of charge between 7.30 and 9.00am on request. It is possible to put a temporary bed in the single room. It would be a bit limiting but we will do this on request foc. The kitchen is not available to guests. The dining room can be used with a microwave for hot food. There is a small fridge and tea making facilities in large bedroom.

This peaceful place is close to must-see destinations. Come spend a night or two in this lovely double room, in Hadleigh Suffolk. The house is down a quiet drive off the High street. Off street parking gives a sense of security. We are a ten minute walk to Benton End, and a 5 minutes drive from the Marquis Hotel and spa. We provide a peaceful room with ensuite and continental breakfast in room. We have a small dog who will greet you on arrival.

On Central Line, Near City includes breakfast

Our house is 5 mins walk on the main street that leads to Leytonstone tube station–(zone 3). The Central Line, will take you to Liverpool Street (heart of financial district "The City") in under 15 minutes. Central Line is now scheduled to run all night on Friday & Saturdays. The price you pay includes Breakfast (please see below for details). West Ham Stadium, UAL london college of fashion, V&A Stratford and UCL Stratford are all nearby.
