When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.
