Its location is perfect for walkers with the South West Coast Path and Coleridge Way just 5 minutes-walk away and for sight-seeing and exploring the surrounding countryside. The popular village of Porlock, with local shops, pubs and restaurants, is 1 mile away and the picturesque harbour at Porlock Weir a short walk.

Surridge Cottage - Peaceful retreat

Surridge Cottage is an idyllic cottage set within it's own private garden on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The cottage has been fully renovated and decorated to a luxuriously high standard. The cottage is the perfect place to relax and take in the peacefulness of the surrounding countryside either sat in the hot tub or snuggled up inside by the wood burner. It is a great base for exploring Exmoor and the neighbouring towns of Dulverton and Bampton, boasting amazing shops and restaurants.

Hidden Cottage, Porlock

Located centrally in Porlock village, this cosy cottage is tucked away in the small winding back lanes. The cottage has an open plan sitting/dining room with log burner and French doors opening out onto its own private decking area, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine. Porlock is the perfect base for exploring the unique Exmoor countryside, with the moor on its doorstep and the beach one mile away. Dogs are welcome at Hidden Cottage, we ask for a £10 fee, towels are provided.

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The garden has outside table and chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful views over the moorland on one side and the sea on the other. We are not offering manicured lawns and corporate style holiday units but a piece of wild Exmoor

Boatman's Cottage is a delightful stylish cottage tucked away in the centre of the wonderful Exmoor village of Porlock. Believed to date back to the 1890s, this cottage is part of a small terrace originally built for boatbuilders and their families. The cottage row is described in the Historic Exmoor record as 'having a pleasing sense of seclusion' and it certainly does, yet a short walk along the mediaeval Drang and you are in the heart of the wonderful Porlock Village.

Woodleigh is a pretty, comfortable cottage, in its own quiet, beautiful private garden just a few minutes' walk from Dulverton's shops, awarding-winning restaurants and pubs. With a large log fire, wooden beams and located inside Exmoor National Park, it's the perfect base to explore the beautiful scenery and wildlife, or just relax. There's free, off-street parking. During June, July and August, there is access to an outdoor pool, with deck, sunloungers and dining table.

The cottage has many original features, including a wood-burner and rustic beams - and maintains its character (refurbished in 2020). Parsonage Farm Cottage is completely separate from the main house, with its own garden, incredible views and peace and quiet, with Oare Water running along the bottom of the property. Just a short drive to the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, & Porlock.

This bright stonebuilt cottage is located up a verdant combe in the magnificent Quantock Hills. Outside the front-door is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Ancient beech, ash and oak woodland rise to the Iron Age fort on Danesborough hill. Whortleberries abound in Summer on the bracken and heather covered slopes. It is situated on the edge of Minehead bay with panoramic views over the Bristol Channel to the islands of Steepholm and Flatholm and the Welsh coastline. It is just steps from the start of the South West Coast Path and a perfect location for a family holiday. Walks from the front door give quick access to the Exmoor National Park on North Hill.
