Follow the winding path to our magical hidden Shepherds Hut in the 4 acre grounds of Beachborough Country House, surrounded by trees, with views of the valley, and completey secluded. Absolute luxury for a short stay. With attached shower room, toilet & electric central heating. Its location is perfect for walkers with the South West Coast Path and Coleridge Way just 5 minutes-walk away and for sight-seeing and exploring the surrounding countryside. The popular village of Porlock, with local shops, pubs and restaurants, is 1 mile away and the picturesque harbour at Porlock Weir a short walk.

A stylish and very spacious apartment with stunning views across the Lyn Valley. Lynton is only a 10 minute walk along a lovely woodland walkway. The apartment has a large bedroom with a luxurious super king bed which can be converted to twin beds and also a single sofabed for a child. There is a spacious living/dining/kitchen room with a slate floor and contemporary furnishings and a modern shower room. There is parking for 1 car and a patio area with table and chairs for your exclusive use.

Hidden Cottage, Porlock

Located centrally in Porlock village, this cosy cottage is tucked away in the small winding back lanes. The cottage has an open plan sitting/dining room with log burner and French doors opening out onto its own private decking area, perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine. Porlock is the perfect base for exploring the unique Exmoor countryside, with the moor on its doorstep and the beach one mile away. Dogs are welcome at Hidden Cottage, we ask for a £10 fee, towels are provided.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

We are not offering manicured lawns and corporate style holiday units but a piece of wild Exmoor

This bright stonebuilt cottage is located up a verdant combe in the magnificent Quantock Hills. Outside the front-door is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). Ancient beech, ash and oak woodland rise to the Iron Age fort on Danesborough hill. Whortleberries abound in Summer on the bracken and heather covered slopes. The coast is a 15 minute drive or an hours gentle walk to Kilve. Need more room? Then try its neighbour, and big sister, 'Gorgeous Quantock House'.
