Nothing beats fresh ramen - from springy noodles to umami rich broth to a myriad classic and unique toppings!
Join us for a hands-on cooking class all about ramen- perfect for the PNW! We’ll begin by making and rolling out scratch ramen noodles, using a secret ingredient that gives them their classic color and flavor. Next we’ll learn how to make a flavorful tonkatsu (pork) broth or vegetarian miso and corn broth. We’ll top our ramen with seasonal veggies, a soft-boiled egg and optional soy-glazed pork belly. Class will end with fresh, traditional mochi. Chopsticks provided!
BYOB if desired! Non-alcoholic drinks are provided

Hi there! We have been leading creative, hands-on classes for the past few years. We are a team of experienced chefs who also know how to have a good time. Our teachers hail from professional kitchens such as JuneBaby, Canlis, and Manresa Bread and have specialty knowledge in baking, knife skills, foraging, seafood, Italian, French and Japanese cuisines and so much more.
Chefs Alice or Erica will guide you through this knife skills experience. They have been leading cooking classes for the past 3 years. Erica has cooked professionally for 5 years, and Alice, a native Italian, has been cooking and eating scratch-Italian food most of her life!
We are passionate about connecting with others over delicious food and look forward to bringing this fun experience to you and your travel companions!
