Carmela conosce tutte le sue capre, una ad una, nome per nome. Le alleva nella sua campagna ai piedi del Monte Stella, nella frazione di Acquavella - Casalvelino. La passione è stata tramandata dai genitori, contadini da una vita, che le hanno insegnato a produrre il cacioricotta di capra, presidio Slow Food e tanti altri prodotti tipici cilentani.

This tour was a wonderful experience. If you are looking to step out of the normal tourist box and emerse yourself in true and authentic Italian culture than this is the right place. We were surrounded in a beautiful landscape and had a true “Farm to Table” experience. The food was absolutely delicious and the company was warm, inviting, and extremely friendly. 100% recommended 👍😊
