Take a tour of Bra's most beloved farmers market followed by a cooking class at my Trattoria.
We'll meet at the Train Station, where I'll guide you through the market stalls, teeming with local product. Together, we explore what is in season and how to choose the best produce from among the mountains available, all while we sample foods and shop for the ingredients we'll need to prepare lunch together. After 30 minutes of touring and shopping, we'll head the old town, home to my Trattoria where I'll lead you in a cooking class, using the seasonal foods we've collected to prepare a full, seasonally-inspired lunch to enjoy together.

We’ll explore one types of hand-rolled pasta, cheese and a dessert with matching wines: because you need to know which bottle to open when you’re dining!
