It's just off the Great Ocean Road, a short walk to sparkling beaches, rock pools, the Split Point Lighthouse, swimming, surfing (or boogie boarding - there are two you can borrow), shops and cafes, with a sheltered outdoor shower. Use as your base to explore the Great Ocean Road, glorious beaches, charming seaside villages or bush walks and characterful country towns. At night go to sleep listening to the waves....

This hidden gem is tucked away with ample outdoor space to relax in privacy, and also just a minutes walk to great coffee. The house is made up of 3 bedrooms (2 queens + 1 King beds). Filled with art, books, a big comfy couch and fireplace for and wood fired oven on the new large private deck. I have always loved being beside the beach and you will to. My place is great for families , even 2 families. It has fantastic views of the beach and you can see the waves crashing on to the sand from the lounge/dining area.There is a smart TV which has Netflix and movies and fast WiFi. There is a king bed upstairs with an ensuite, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds downstairs and another lounge area with a second TV. Air-con and heating upstairs and down
