Welcome to our charming waterfront Oasis! Located on Blue Bill Cove, our private cottage is steps away from Island Park beach, dining, & local attractions. Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Spacious, open, and bright, the Sailboat Suite is in an amazing location just steps from Onset Beach, village, boat rentals, market, & restaurants! Located on the first floor of a renovated Sea Captain's house, this large apartment gets great natural light. A/C included in all bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Fiber WiFi & Smart TV. Nice covered deck with park and bay views. One of the very best locations in Onset! Pet friendly as well 🙂 Perfect spot for a beach getaway or family vacation.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Kayaks and Glimpses of Westport Bay

Stay in a lovely and comfortable cottage with partial views of the bay. The water is just a short walk away past our neighbor with shared access to the water. Enjoy swimming, fishing, or relaxing on the float and soak up the sun. You can also explore the Horseneck Beach, wander the trails, taste the local farms and restaurants, and more. If you want to unwind at the cottage, watch shows on the 65" Samsung Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, sit on the deck, and flip some burgers on the gas grill.

The Fairview

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Located at the end of a peninsula, This Dog friendly family get-away is surrounded by Fabulous Ocean Views with Amazing Sun Rises and Sunsets. Rustic 1980s era charm, Large upper great room with television and seating for the whole family. The home is not heated, nor is it air conditioned, but is surrounded by ocean on three sides which provide a delightful ocean breeze. It's a short walk to association beach.

Relax with the whole family at our completely remodeled home located in Fairhaven’s best kept secret West Island. West Island has the most beautiful sunsets, stunning views, and amazing beaches. You have access to a private beach a block away or the town beach less than a mile away. Nearby is a shell fishing area, and marina with a restaurant right up the road. We are a short drive to the ferry where you can catch the boat to Nantucket, Martha’s Vineyard, and even Block Island.

This space has been fully updated in the spring of 2020. Incredible views. It is 400 sq' with an additional 350 sq ' of living space on the deck. The neighborhood is quiet, but you are a stone's throw from I-195, making places like Boston, Providence and the Cape and Islands very easy to get to. The décor is bright and funky! Close to UMASS. Enjoy your own private beach at our comfortable Beach Cottage. Hop on the local bike rentals to the nearby soda shop for snacks and treats. Or throw a line in for the days fresh catch. Spend some time relaxing on the back deck overlooking the saltwater marsh. After a day of searching for Sea glass and building sand castles on your own beach you will fall right asleep to the sounds and smells of the ocean right outside your bedroom patio doors. Cottage suite between the harbors: no minimum stay

Nestled between Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven harbors, our relaxing suite is a perfect way to extend your weekly rental, or to enjoy a day or two on this special island we call The Rock. Our cozy guest suite, newly renovated has two bedrooms, living space, kitchenette, full bath, deck with grill, outdoor shower, and footwash (hot H20), W/D (in unit) and a private entrance. An easy walk to town and beaches. Parking is available in our driveway. Enjoy our historic home!
