This lovely little house with dedicated parking is located a ten minute walk from the attractive centre of Knutsford with its numerous bars and restaurants, Tatton Park national trust property and Knutsford mainline railway station. Many event venues are within a short distance , as is junction 19 of the M6. Manchester airport is a 25min drive away. It is part of our home but still private; you have access via the garden and the space is all on the ground floor. We have recently renovated the whole property so the space has been decorated throughout with a newly fitted luxury shower room and upgraded kitchen. You have the use of the south facing rear garden with three areas for relaxing and or entertaining.
