We are on hand for any questions or needs during your stay The apartment is a few minutes walk from the lively seaside town of Falmouth and minutes walk from expansive beaches. This is a vibrant neighbourhood full of tapas bars, coffee shops as well some old style traditional pubs. The apartment is situated on a vibrant residential street with a mix of families, students and professionals as your neighbours. The Old Post Office is 10 minutes walk from Falmouth town train station and there is a bus stop on the street. On road parking is available on the streets surrounding the property

Bream Loft is the first floor of a spacious (60sqm) recently converted barn, with lounge/dining/kitchen, separate WC, large bedroom with huge luxurious walk in shower. There is a woodburner, juliette balcony overlooking trees and beyond, distant sea view from the kitchen. Guests have use of the 2 acre garden and gas BBQ. Mariners Mirror is situated on the water’s edge with access from the private terrace into the sea! It is perfect for those who love wild swimming and paddle boarding, as well as those wishing to stay on terra firma and watch the world go by. It is a 2 minute climb up the stone steps, through the iconic Barracks Ope and out onto the Old High Street (or 4 minutes if you want to avoid the steps!). From here you can experience Falmouth’s best independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

One small note, there is a beer garden nearby, it's rare, but there can be noise. Normally only an issue if you're trying to sleep with the windows open.
