Wake up to birds singing in the Hibiscus tree outside this peaceful, two-story coastal apartment. Lounge on the terrace with views of landscaped gardens, the ocean, and surrounding mountains. Be sure to enjoy the refreshing pool after a long day. We are not able to accommodate children The first level (ground floor level of the villa)consists of the cosy decorated lounge with flat screen TV, a dining area and the fully equipped little kitchen which can be separated from the lounge by an artfully painted sliding door. A small terrace invites you to sit outside for breakfast or sundowners. From the lounge a staircase leads downstairs to the basement with it's bedroom, a passage to the bathroom(shower only)and the dressing room. The King size bed can be separated and configured into single beds. Our guests are invited to sit in the beautifully landscaped garden on their own terrace with sun loungers and side table or enjoy the big swimming pool . From here stunning views over the whole bay and the surrounding mountains as well as spectacular sunsets will delight your senses. We respect the privacy of our guests yet we enjoy to extend hospitality and the feeling of home from home .We are available under the same roof to advise,support,recommend and help our guests to make their stay a memorable one. Camps Bay offers restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping, and different beaches. It has been officially declared the safest area of Cape Town, due to privately organised street patrols and security companies. The beach is a 15-minute walk away. MyCity bus stop is circa 400m away on Geneva Drive with one route clockwise and another anticlockwise to transport visitors either to town or downhill to the Promenade . Uber taxis or any of the local companies are another option From our house it's a 15 min walk downhill into Camps Bay Security : Street parking only - Camps Bay has been officially declared the safest area of Cape Town The property is fully in and outdoor secured

The apartment is set high up on Little Lionshead with panoramic views of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Folding doors lead onto an expansive pool deck with sun loungers and a gas barbecue all for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. There is a full kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, an en suite bathroom, lounge area with a large flat panel TV and an open-plan dining area. The apartment is serviced daily except for Sundays and public holidays. We have solar and battery power so are not affected by power outages. Mountain Walks, Village atmosphere with a city 10 minutes away. Beach 2km away. The suite is located on the lower level of the property and is totally private. There is parking on the property. Pool, garden, Mountain We are available to transport you around the Cape, take you on wine tours at an additional fee. MacD, our housekeeper is on hand 24 hours to assist where necessary The house is safe and secure with guarded entrance. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy the surrounding majestic mountains. Set against a luscious mountain backdrop this studio comprises double-bed sleeping, cupboard and drawer space, kitchenette with single induction hot plate and cookware. Separate shower room with sky-light and rustic finish. Beautiful open-air barbecue and chill area with amazing views across False Bay. Tidal pool on your doorstep. The beach within walking distance, as is the harbour and quaint shops, eateries and pubs.

The sea views from our airbnb suite (2 bedrooms and a lounge) are fabulous. Behind us is the mountain reserve and in front lies the wide expanse of False Bay. Down below on the rocks is a natural tidal pool, safe for swimming. We are close to Kalk Bay fishing harbour, the quaint Kalk Bay village, several other tidal pools (perfect for cold swimmers!) and Fishhoek & Muizenberg beaches. We have newly renovated and enlarged our Airbnb space which is now separate from our living space and private.

Further up in the mountain of Kronenzicht in a quiet cul-de-saq you can unsettle while having a dip in your private and heated hot tub, relax under the rain shower with stunning views on the back of table mountain and little lionshead or start your sunset walk on the beautiful sand dunes next to our property, even all the way down to Sandy Bay.
