Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Privathaus mit zwei Wohneinheiten. Sie bewohnen das gesamte erste Stockwerk, ihr Vermieter wohnt im Zweiten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist 3 Gehminuten von Bushaltestelle und Dorfzentrum entfernt. Pfalzen ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsverbindungen angebunden, alle 30 Minuten gibt es eine Busverbindung nach Bruneck. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen großzügigen Wohn- Essbereich, Bad und Tages WC und eine große Terrasse.

Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Ski- und Bergabenteuer in den umliegenden Dolomiten und Skigebieten (Kronplatz, Alta Badia, Gitschberg, Speikboden und Antholz/Biathlon). Das Dorfzentrum mit Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Pustertaler Radweg.

Space and light, sport and nature! In the wonderful village of Falzes, a stone's throw from Brunico and the famous Plan de Corones ski center, this apartment awaits you with its spacious and comfortable interior spaces. The large garden is equipped with a cabin for ski and bicycle storage. The location is excellent: in just a few minutes you can walk to the town center (with supermarket and pharmacy), the beginners' ski slope and the enchanting Irenberg forest. Small pets are allowed.

The apartment is located in the center of Bruneck, on the 4th floor, above the roofs of the city (elevator available). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. On request (for a small surcharge and on request) a car parking space, which is located directly in front of the house, can also be rented. The center can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The apartment is suitable for couples or guests up to max. 3 persons. You can store your ski or other things in the cellar.

The residence enjoys a quiet setting on a sunny mid-mountain terrace. The 81 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to 6 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for home office, and a dishwasher.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines ruhig gelegenen Wohnhauses in unmittelbarer Stadtnähe. Im Haus gibt es KEINEN Aufzug. Zu Fuß erreicht man die Pfarrkirche und die Fußgängerzone von Bruneck in weniger als fünf Minuten. Zur Talstation des Kronplatz sind es fünf Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist geeignet für sportliche Paare, Familien mit Kindern sowie für Geschäftsreisende und Alleinreisende.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Palais Rienz - City Apartment (54 m²)

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Ideal for holidays, both with family and friends.

Rindlereck

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.

Eingebettet in die besondere Natur- und Kulturlandschaft des Pustertals ermöglicht die ruhige Lage des biologisch geführten Hofes angenehmes und entspanntes Wohnen - tierische Begegnungen garantiert! Zugleich besticht der Standort durch sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der wenige Kilometer entfernt liegenden Stadt Bruneck und des Kronplatzes (auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar).
