Die neu renovierte und liebevoll ausgestattete Wohnung mit traumhaftem, unverbautem Bergblick auf den Kramer und die Ammergauer Alpen bietet sie auf 27m2 genug Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub in den Bergen und ist der perfekte Ort für Paare, kleine Familien oder Freunde bis zu 3 Personen. Die Wohnung liegt in optimaler Lage für viele Aktivitäten im Sommer und im Winter, und ist fußläufig in ca. 12 Min vom Garmischer Zentrum entfernt. Die Bergbahnen sind in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Das Haus am See gehört meiner Frau und mir. Mein Sohn und seine Frau koordinieren für uns die Vermietung (Co-Hosts). Die untere Wohnung im Haus ist vermietet, die obere nutzen wir gelegentlich. Wir würden uns freuen, Euch als Gäste in der oberen Wohnung zu begrüßen. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, 100 qm2 groß, bietet viel Platz, Licht und einen Ausblick über den See und in die Berge – großartig, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wohn-/Esszimmer, Balkon, Küche, Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer & eine Sauna.

In diesem gemütlichen Nest wirst du eine wunderbare (Aus-, Lebendig-, Glücks-, Relax-, Aktiv-..) Zeit verbringen. Auf frisch renovierten 78m2 im 1.OG, findest du ein Bad (Wanne & sep.Dusche), eine vollausgestattete Einbauküche mit kleinem Eßplatz, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Schlafsofa, eine kleine Bibliothek und ein grosses Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringdoppelbett. The spacious vacation apartment "Rosalie" offers enough space for 2 people and is located on the 2nd floor of the newly built house. Due to the high ceiling height, you will only notice that you are in the attic through the large panoramic skylights. From the south balcony you have a beautiful view of the whole massif of the Wetterstein mountains, including the Alp and Zugspitze. This view can also be enjoyed from the living and dining area.
