Nous proposons à la location un deux-pièces de 33m², indépendant et mitoyen à notre maison. Il peut accueillir deux voyageurs. Notre propriété se situe au bout d’un chemin privatif et vous bénéficiez d'un parking. Un espace jardin est mis à votre disposition avec un salon de jardin et des transats.

Petit studio de 14m2 mais efficace. Escaliers pour y accéder. A 5min a pied du centre village de Fayence, une place de parking, climatisation réversible, café, thé, micro onde, TV (netflix), armoire. Je suis disponible pour toute demande spécifique, habitant juste à côté (même palier). Attenant à ma maison. Entrée indépendante avec boite à clés. A 20min de l'autoroute, et 25min de la mer.
