1950's renovated house with lots of original character next to Hawks Nest State Park and close to 2 more State Parks, in a quiet neighborhood and within a few minutes to all the New River Gorge National Park has to offer. 15 minutes from historic Fayetteville and the New River Gorge Bridge, central to whitewater rafting and rock climbing companies. Located 5 miles from Babcock state park, 15 miles from New River Gorge Bridge, and 2 miles from Clifftop. This is a weekend getaway for our family, we do not live on the premises.

Rafting, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing & rapelling are all near by. Skiing and tubing at Winterplace is 25 minutes via I 77 S. Plenty of parking for vehicles & trailers. Pets welcome inside up to 25 lbs. Owners nearby to assist if needed.
