The village of Csákberény is an hour's drive or a little longer by bus from Budapest and 2.5hrs from Vienna. Set in the heart of the Móri wine region this tranquil retreat offers breathtaking views, forest walks and a peaceful atmosphere. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Cottage with a small pond

The cottage is located in a quiet part of the town, in an area of vineyard houses & weekend houses. The house is made of adobe bricks that makes the temperature cool in the summer and keeps the warm in the winter. The house is heated with wood by a brick stove. There is a small fishing pond, outside oven and grill on the property. You can go fishing, wine tasting nearby and there is a very good cycling trail as well. Great for a weekend escape, stag and hen nights, birthday parties.

Cottage on the border of Székesfehérvár. The house is located in a peaceful environment, yet there are lots of amenities closeby. There´s a big garden, where guests can sun bath or work, or pick fruits or vegetables for immediate consumption. (Of course seasonal.) Bus, restaurants (a simple and a luxurious one), supermarkets, pub, post, forest closeby. Pick up by car from/to town or station sometimes (not always) possible for a fee. To be agreed.
