It overlooks the river Erne and is less than 5 minutes walk to Belleek village which offers all village amenities including lovely coffee shops and direct bus links to Enniskillen, Ballyshannon, Donegal and Dublin. Attractions including the nearby seaside resorts at Bundoran and Rossnowlagh as well as Cuilcagh boardwalk, the Marble Arch caves and fishing on Lough Erne are a short drive.

We are under half an hour away from Cavan town and 15 minute drive from the Slieve Russell Hotel. The marble arch caves are an 18 minute drive away and the Culcagh Mountain boardwalk "The stairway to Heaven" is only 20 minutes drive. Just under a 2 hour drive from both Dublin and Belfast airports.
