Apartamento de 3 quartos, a 400m de praia do Baleal. No 1 piso tem a sala, a cozinha e uma casa de banho com duche. A cozinha é uma divisão em conjunto com a sala de estar e de jantar. No 2 piso ficam os 3 quartos e a casa de banho com a banheira. Cada quarto tem uma cama de casal. Dois dos quartos tem também uma secretária para trabalhar. A casa tem estacionamento privado.
